i bought afeed of the arm 928-8 heavy duty japsew, cost total with custom and shipping was around 3000 euros.
upon receiving the machine 30 days after the purchase, i realise the foot is blocked over lapseams, using only a 15 oz denim, i look at the foot and there is no clearance underneath, like 2 mm, for shirts? i asked Japsew to return the machine and this was his response.
We can't accept the return cause we must pay 49% tax import in China, but the machien is a return and was coming from China.
upon his responses i realised the group of thiefs at Japsew and i wnated to report the company to this website and to the customs of Japan and China.

My mistake, let me explain

I have been having lot of dificulties before buying this Japsew machine with feed of the arm, i had to buy 6 of them, today with the Japsew 928-8DD i could sew a few pants, lapseams, i should have send my fabric to Japsew so they try it and do what need to be done, i didn't do that, i had to sand a little the needle clamp so it doenst touch the foot over lapseam, my other difficulty is that i am using a 100% octton thread, this is a real challenege and make this work an expert work, and its not easy, Ja[psew refunded me some money, which i think no toher corporate may do, today i emailed them again to ask about the oil tank and Terry was again very kindly with me despite i ahve been mad at them lately, so i am writing this cause i think they should not be affected by this report, as i am writing that the machine works ok despite the dificulties with thick denim and 100% cotton threads.
I will buy again from Japsew cause i think other biggest corporates will charge me 5 times more for the same machine....so i am sorry for what i have written. ( lately i bought a new walking foot from juki and the corporates has ignored me while i had problems.)

i wanted to return the machine and paid shipping, they said they will refund me 1100e if i do so, or i can keep the machine too. i lost 1600e and i can't use this machine, and it take some room here.
a guy in russia is sewing upto 21 oxz denim with it, and i could not sew some 15oz myslef and the foot clearance had like 2 mm only, i still think they send the worng machine on purpose.
Japsew offered to help at the begining cause Enrique Mora from Portugal refused to sell me the machine, but i ended upo loosing 1600e not a good time for me, it was already a risk buying the machine but if it will have been good it was ok,so,so being not good for us became a disaster.
