Jay King under the names of Wylde Web, Jason King, Danielle King and Wylde, LLC (online) made a written contract to provide a Free 1 page Lead Generation website, search engine optimized in 10 city locations. Our company (Invesco Mgmt) paid $2,750.00 via Paypal and never received a single item, no information, no websites absolutely no benefit in over 60 days when work was to be completed within 30-45 days. Excuse after excuse was provided, never available for scheduled phone calls.
There were guarantees of satisfaction, guranteed refunds, Paypal Buyer Protections alleged--none of which were true.
Upon refund request, Jay King threatened bankruptcy to insure we did not get a dime back. Jay King threatened to sue for defamation if Invesco complained and posted online to consumer reporting websites and agencies.
In Ohio, it is considered theft by deception to pay for products and/or services, as here, and receive NOTHING in return. It is also Telecommunications Fraud using the internet to accomplish same.

This guy did the same thing to me. I filed a claim and was refunded by PayPal but I am considering pressing criminal charges as well.
