Jim will you give me my 800.00 back? After all you got it on the 25th of February and i was out on the 1st.of March ( the rent check was for March)You had No reason to keep it or do you consider that punishment for being dumb enough to reside there, I mean after all I should have seen the writing on the wall when i arrived to find a house mgr. With under 30 days sober.

This place is helping people to there deaths . If you are in trouble with KING alcohol please get help, but stay away from here. Start with a meeting of AA stand up and ask for help someone will guide you. If you're a loved one, Alanon can help. Just do your homework help is out there.God bless you on your journey.

His house rules are shady, his drug testing policy is shady as well. His pitch is you pay $750 to move in and in the second month the rent drops to $ 525. He kicked a 100% disabled combat Military Vet out at 1am, who suffer from PTSD with no regard to that persons safety,  If you have had experience with this man Jim Kerr, contact the Department of Family Services of Duval County Florida and ask for the Department investigating Sober living homes in North Florida. RIP OFF REPORT, FRAUD WARNING , he is also depensing residents medications without a lic. and using residents of the house to operate a cash only landscaping business, without proper lic. or insurance to protect those workers,, Do your homework!!
