This man is operating a Sober Living House in an UNZONED RESIDENTIAL location.
He charged us $900.00 for 30 days. After exactly a week he told my Fiance that she had to leave because she had opiates in her urine.
Opiates are NOT her thing. I took her to quest labs within ONE HOUR of her leaving there and SHE TEESTED NEGATIVE for EVERYTHING.....
I am now filing a complaint with Children and Family services. He is operating a VERY SHADY business there. I spoke with other sober living houses and they told me they would NEVER send a loved one to one of JIM KERR's homes.
They are given 1 roll of toilet paper a month, NO FOOD, yes $900.00 a month. He informed me that NONE of the money would be refunded, TOTAL FRAUD.
See, he gets a $200.00 deposit that is non refundable, so the more woman he kicks out the more $$$ the greedy guy makes. He is NOT about RECOVERY, HE IS ABOUT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLES DISEASES ro RIP THEM OFF.
Learn from MY MISTAKE. Don't ever send anyone that you REALLY CARE ABOUT to be in the hands of JIM KERR.
The only thing he cares about is his BANK ACCOUNT, He does not give a RATS A** about helping the people that put thei MONEY AND TRUST into him....
BEWARE... now off to file a complaint with CHILDREN AND FAMILY SERVICES so they can open an investigation into this thief....
