Mr, Zandman is an classic scam artist he will say anything to get money, He will rent you a home with a lease purchase option. JUST TO HIGHLIGHT A FEW OF THE OUTRAGEOUS LEASE AGREEMENT TERMS
(1) You must have an life insurance on all adults responsible for the lease and naming Jay Zandman as the beneficiary for Mr. Zandman to receive 100% of the policy amount upon Renters Death
(2). You’re responsible for any and all repairs to the property for the entire lease
(3). There’s is no grace period on the rent so if you’re ever late by 1 day you loose the option to purchase the home but are still responsible for all repairs and maintenance that a normal landlord would be responsible for ALERT STAY AWAY
