This company scammed me. I spent $500 and never received a refund or my order. I placed an order on April 21, 2020. When I received the order the wig was raggedy and not as described in the ads and videos on Instagram. The texture was horrible and the length did not match. Also the wig was too small even though I requested a large.

After trying to get in contact with someone with no luck, I was finally able to get a response from the "accountant" who told me to send the wig back and they would send me a better one because they were now working with a company who had better hair. I was ordering this wig for someone else and this person did not want me to get the same wig again because they felt like the company was a scam and would simply send the same wig again. However, I decided to continue business with this company even though the other person told me not to.

I continued to communicate with the accountant via email and picked out a few wigs for the person to try to fix the problem. In the end, the accountant told me I would have to pay $249 more dollars to receive a better quality wig. I agreed to pay and I did. The accountant then told me that the wig would ship out the next day. After I started asking questions about the new wig and wanted confirmation that the wig would match the description and that I would not have the same problems as before, the accountant started blaming me for the issue, although at this time, I had now paid for shipping 3 times and this company had my money AND the returned wig. I went to the owner's instagram account and explained the issue and the owner read the message and did not respond.

The next day I publibly posted on Instagram about the owners business practices after the accountant told me that they sold the wig that I returned to someone else and blamed me for the whole incident. I then requested a refund and the owner blocked me on Instagram. I have been requesting a refund for 3 days and now no one is responding. The owner is now selling the wig on Instagram that was supposed to be shipped out to me and has not responded to my request for a refund nor given me any type of update about my money or the order and the company has now had the returned wig for 7 days and my additional money for 4 days. I will be taking this to a legal level.
