J.B. Appliances RIPOFF ARTIST, CON MAN, CHEAT San Luis Obispo California

PROBLEM:

Ripoff and con man!  Charged my Mother, who is in her 80's on a fixed income over $200 dollars to detect and repair a simple leak on her washer.  He spent about 15-20 mins leaving her with a malfunctioning washer yet bilked her bank account!

RIPOFF:

The leak persisted and when contacted JB Appliances ignored and/or suggested she fix it herself by following his same useless and unsuccessful steps.  He price gauged a vulnerable older victim using SHADY business practices and took advantage of a senior citizen while pocketing the cash and leaving the problem UNFIXED!

UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON OR SERVICE.

SOLUTION:

Found another appliance service that 'took the time' to trouble the problem finding a simple solution resulting in a $65 charge for the visit!
