They rented me a house under a bogus lease option contract. I paid them several thousand for the option to buy and when I tried to buy the house from them they refused to sell to me altogether and tried to force me to remain just a tenant after I'd been taking care of the house like it was mine for 2 years total. They then tried to take me to court when I offered to put the rent into an escrow account due to them not doing any repairs to the house after living there two years with major structural damage.

They lost horribly in court after my attorney moped the floor with them. I guess they thought I couldn't afford to retain an attorney. The relationship they had with the attorney who represented them is still shady AF. They did all of that just to move some lame white family in and even let them in with less money than what they charged me to begin with. Coincidence? I think not.  I even offered them $100K more if they would have made the repairs and sold me the house as I believe it would have appraised for the amount offered once those repairs were done.

These people are coward, greedy and filthy in my opinion and me trusting them cost us but in the end I got better I got my family out of that DUMP stop paying those joker and now have a house worth 3 times that house now.



Sure they duped me with a too good to be true offer and took advantage but what makes these people monsters in my opinion is how they showed their tail over 900 bucks a month for a ran down dump lying to me the whole time acting like they were going to repair it for 18 months and just how much of a bigot they were. Sure they want rent from "minorities " but don't dare want them to own property and that has been proven.

Gery and Lori arranged to come meet with us on the property to discuss "selling it" when they arrived they came with police and threw and evict notice that was illegally served and on the property without us knowing they placed it there. They laughed when I asked them why wouldn't they just fix the place and sell it to us. My kids and I never saw that coming and they knew my kids have autism. Do you have any idea how much I had to calm those kids down? They weren't fine until I got them the hell away from that place and even now they still ask " why did they not want us there?" Who does that? Trifling low life bottom dwelling cowards do that.  Well as they can see there is always another house, they didn't win I did!

I pay more now for a better investment and to never be treated like that again.  They can shove that house I hope they get sick their business fails and no one ever pays them any rent. Gery thinks he's above everyone and invincible because he and his fugly wife hides in ft Myers, fl. I hope he loses their renters and no one supports his cheap loser sw Florida living. In my opinion he's a joke who couldn't afford to live in SE Florida and wants to pretend he's something he's not by leaching off everyone's back. I usually respect elders but these people are career con artists who didn't want us to own anything. I encourage and hope anyone thinking about renting from them to look elsewhere and most of all try to buy your own place if possible instead of wasting money funding people like this.





I hope they enjoyed keeping the almost 30k they'd gotten for me. That's no money and I hope they have little to show for it. * please not all parties listed were involved in various functions of this company. I dealt with each listed and all played a part in us not buying the house, and what I called them is opinionated not meant to defame these little people and their ego and stated facts that can be proven so eat that). Ps..... Lori you're lower than a filthy super B!*?€. Can't believe someone married your miserable pathetic tail tramp. Oh and nice mugshot after you committed forgery in Ohio in 2017 was it? Odd yet you claimed you were working on an insurance claim for that property, just full of it. I wonder if the real estate commission knows about you since you want to be in charge of who gets a house.

 Gery Connor and his crew has a done exactly what I thought they’d do. I believe they ripped off several families with the 4179 River Rd property by collecting 30k from each family, evicting then when they tried to buy the properly for their own gain. In the end, I came to learn that JCNK properties bought this house for themselves. This is why they never planned on contacting the actual owner to sell it. I hope there is a special place in hell for these people. I also hope that all of the families involved come out. It is public record now thanks to this clown. And I just have to say it’s pathetic he did all of that for some partial view of the river. Just tossing this out here as an update. Oh and they are now operating as TENMORE HOLDINGS LLC. They bought the house in 2021 as their original. And then rebought the house under their new name in June 2022 yet paid the taxes under their old original name CKK properties what goons . I’m attaching the tax bill and new ownership which shows this

 Hi and thank you for reaching out. It appears that Mr. Connor does in fact have an expired license and looking at the timeline he decided to come to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area and set up shop. He hides behind his LLC as a property management company however in that management instead of renting out properties maintaining them and such he gets people to put down a 3.5-4% down payment for a lease option unbeknownst to the tenant that his company has no intention and possibly no authority on selling the property and when a person tries to buy they evict and move on to the next person.

I have reason to believe that there is possibility that the actual owners if not local are completely unaware that they are pocketing the "down payments” and entering into these agreements with people. The owner of this house at 4179 River Road in Hebron Ky was an older couple who fled to Kansas and left the house in this companies care. The company then marketed the house as a lease option and offered the rights to the guest house that came with the property. We paid the company $4500 down, and $900 a month for 22 months, paid all utilities and they never maintained anything and when we had a bank ready to mortgage it to us they stalled on giving the bank the documents they needed until the bank itself gave up asking and advised us to find another house, these people still demanded rent, and still would not fix the structural damages. When I offered to do the repairs that was over 10k for the roof alone by putting the rent into an escrow account it was 5 days later they gave an evict notice.

They even threatened to change the locks but the police made it clear to them that it was illegal and my lawyer made it clear in court that their 10 day evict notice was illegal as well. I never got any of that money back of course and I just hope people who are thinking about doing business with them do their due diligence at least and check into them and learn how they did this particular family and at least will be able to make a more informed choice on if they want to do business with this company or not. At the time I couldn’t find any info about them when I signed up with them and if I had seen a post like this I would not have bothered and when I asked why was Christoper Mandic still showing as the owner in the property assessors office they claimed that they’d just purchased the house and that it was still in recording. Lies he’s still the registered owner to this very day. I’m not disgruntled heck I ended up in a better place over it and quite frankly I’m a lot better off and happy in the beautiful home I have now than I would have been trying to fix a dilapidated dump that was not my fault. You folks don’t care anything about providing good housing. Should I post the pictures of the roof that collapsed in 4 sections of the house along with the mold that was growing on the walls inside? If you don’t want to give yourself up I suggest you don’t play with me. I informed the company when there was a problem and all they asked was if I was current on rent! I was and they still did nothing but put a tarp over it and let it fester. When it rained it poured in sections like the kitchen. There was also a plumbing issue that had to do with the water line outside and again they did nothing about that neither.

Now let’s see if there’s water leaking in bedrooms, kitchen, laundry area how much of my belongs do you think I can keep around in a normal fashion? Couldn’t even have a birthday party in the kitchen because water leaked all over the cake! Again, I lost a 3k tv because of the roof collapsing so F.U jerks Don’t sit here and act stupid. All you cared about was getting paid for a house you didn’t own and you took advantage of the fact that you got it from an older man who ran to Kansas in a hurry and you have sat up here and did just about anything you wanted with the place, you lured us into coming there claiming you just bought the house and when stuff hit the fan you decided to change position and say you’re just a property management company.

Now if that was the case then why is it when you got an offer over the amount of the asking price that you didn’t present the actual owner with the offer and let them decide on if they would accept or not huh? What kind of company does that? That place was a ran down dump now I love old homes and have seen my fair share of hamdyman specials but it was you who let that place go downhill you let the roof deteriorate, the plumbing and runoff suffer, and let’s not forget all of the holes in the house, we had a snake that got inside and the place was so full of mice getting in that we had to her cats just to help catch them as they were getting in from old plumbing systems.

Everything that went wrong with that house we reported yet for the course of 23 months you did not one thing to that place. I’ve got the receipts and I’d be happy to post all of the emails especially the one where I offered to fix the issues with the rent along with how soon you filed your eviction after it if you’d like. You want to sit here and call me unkept and all that crap man please I’m not on drugs, we weren’t on welfare and we were gainfully employed and even fixed the guest house with the approval of this company only for them to turn around not sell the house to us then have the nerve to charge the family who I HELPED rent so thanks to me you get to charge two places for rent there now, never even got a thank you as that place was not liveable and ended up being more livable than the main house in the end. I had to stay in that dump not you so stfu.

This doesn’t have anything to do with the fact that I tried to repair the place but I wasn’t going to keep getting strung along. I offered to put the rent funds in an account and do the repairs which was legally allowed and as soon as I said that it wasn’t 2 weeks before you submitted a bogus and illegal I might add eviction notice. As far as how I live gee let’s see I tried to buy your dump for more than you supposedly was gonna sell it for so that you could do the repairs now what person in their right mind would not have done it when such a gain was to be made from it? No you wanted to be a butthole and keep someone down and stuck renting because you betted on us never being able to get a mortgage and now I have a house that’s worth almost 300k so I must have not been that trashy or bad cause trash would have kept staying in that horrible house just for cheap rent no I wanted better for myself and my family and I got it no thanks to your company so that statement about how much you help folks is bs.

Now you have the nerve to sit here and try to get 4K out of me two years later by making up a debt to a debt collection service. What bottom dweller loser does that? This company did that and it’s pathetic and I’m laughing at you people just like you did to my face when I asked you to please repair the house so that we could have bought it. It’s retaliatory for me writing this report.

You people are just pissed off because I told everyone what you did. You aren’t entitled to anything. And as far as you not wanting to talk numbers it’s fine you don’t have to I’ve got the receipts and my opinion stands now even more this company is nothing but a dog rotten pos racist bunch of folks and that proof is in how you did us and what you’ve done since. That opinion will never change and it’s been proven. You are greedy, conniving, and an outright liar and you can get all of these thug forgery ridden women to defend you and spit venom at me Gery Connor while you hide behind a shadow but you have to answer to all of this to someone higher than me or yourself someday.

I have stated the facts and you’re just mad because people are seeing it, and knows that after your license in Florida dried up and expired you decided to open up shop here and rip off people here and run back to your little home in Florida when things get hot. The fact that I bought a better place and it wasn’t from you after I’d stayed in that dump for 2 years negates all this crap you are claiming about us. The health department should have shut that place down but you knew they wouldn’t because there’s next to no law that regulates in the area.

Now please if you want me to file another rebuttal and this time attaching the email and photos of the house of horrors of River road please by all means keep on with your stuff. I guess you think since it’s been so long that I don’t have anything saved about that dump. Well I do and I’m willing to share Gary and the gang. I see the family that you entered into another bogus lease option hasn’t bought it neither and they’ve been there too now almost two years. Perhaps they should know our story and how the house got into such bad shape structurally.

 I’d like it to be known to the public that since filing this report on here. This company decided to try to be spiteful and is now claiming that I owe roughly $4000 to them. What nerve first they bilked over 30k out of a house they never owned when they claimed they did from us now they have the nerve to almost 2 years later to file a bogus debt claim to a debt collector.

What a complete bottom dwelling lowlife they just made my opinion of them worse. This is beyond harassment. I gave them that lousy house back never bothered trying to sue them and now they have an attitude because I reported them publicly. Ckk properties is entitled to nothing and they will never get a dime else out of me so stop wasting your time. The more you do these antics the more I’ll report it to everyone.

Although, I did not Lease the property to Thelma White I was made aware of the property on several ocassions during her tenancy due to her payment history (or lack thereof).  I reviewed her move in file and took note that her 5k down payment for her Lease Purchase of the property was reduced to 3.5k because she wanted to take the property "as-is" to save the money being put down.   Ms White was over 5k delinquent in rent payments to JCNk when the eviction was filed against her.  The eviction cancelled her right to purchase the property as it does for anyone on a Lease Purchase arrangement in any case that I have ever seen.  To this date there is no structural damage to the property as Ms White claimed in her report and Ms White never worked with our loan officer referrals to attempt to complete the purchase at any time.   I know of no time that Ms White ever offered to pay over the sales price for the house and if she did we would not have allowed it because it was not part of the Agreements.   

Comments as the house being a DUMP that we evicted her from concern me as to why she would even want to stay if it was a DUMP.

I have personally seen several successful purchases made by tenants through the buyers program that JCNK Properties has and I plan to see eseveral more in the years to come.

I briefly met Thelma White one time prior to the eviction actions being filed to deliver a previous eviction notice when we were getting no responses from her to other communications.  I have never met her children or grandchildren formally to know that they were such and I certainly have no knowledge of any mental challenges to anyone in their household for her to comment so harshly.

For her to refer to anyone as a "Lame White Family" when she has no knowledge of who they even are is a display of the personal charater that Ms. White has.

The lovely brother/sister family that moved into the property after Ms Whites eviction are very nice people that just suffered a loss of their father in the recent months of Leasing the house from JCNK.

We additionally have just as many "minority" families in our homes as we do white families and we strive to see all familes become homeowners through our Purchase Programs.

In fact, Thelma White is white herself so to call someone she doesn't even know a lame white family is not justified in any capacity.

The ONLY time that the plice were at the property is when the eviction was finalized and it was part of the process due to the matter being ignored to the point of a set out being the last resort.

I believe that the language used in Ms Whites complaint made to your site speaks volumes to her personal character:

- Bigots...Lame White People...So eat that!...trifling low life bottom dwellings cowards... shove that house...hope they get sick...hope their business fails...hope nobody pays them...they didn't win, I did

As far as the paying 30k to JCNK...I am not going to nitpick exact numbers but if you take the scenario of having a rental contract to rent a property for $895.00 per month and you are in that property for 2-3 years does that mean that your landlord took that money from you?  

As for me personally being called a "lower than life filthy super B!*? miserable pathetic tail tramp forger" for any reason other than her not liking that I was present when the sheriff came to set them out is not even worth justifying to anyone.

It appears that Ms White talks in circles during her complaint and that it should not have even been permitted to be posted (which we are checking into legally with our attorneys).

The whole thing is just plain sad and JCNK does not deserve to be put in such a position to defend themselves when in fact they are doing good things for good people.  Peope that do pay their bills and appreciate the help placed in front of them.

I ask everyone to look at this from a business perspective before judging the character of JCNK as a company or us as indiviuals.
