JDM Corp JDM Corp trying to collect on a time-barred debt, Murrieta, CA Murrietta CA

I received a call on 12/15/2020 at 4:14PM Central time from JDM Corp regarding a debt from 2009. The original debtor was CitiBank from 2002 and was sold to Santander which wrote off the debt in August 2009. The person I spoke with, Patricia, if that's her real name stated they sent me paperwork in the mail, no such paperwork was sent to my address.

I tried to tell Patricia that she is trying to collect on an old debt and in Tennessee the statue of Limitations is 6 years but she continued with her rhetoric. I told her to sue me in court and asked her which county she planned to file the suit, of course no answer just her basic rhetoric.

This is a scam company if they are trying to collect a time-barred debt and threaten to file a lawsuit, they even told me they have until December 31, 2020. If this is an acutal law firm as they say then the lawyer needs to relinquish his or her law license because he or she does not understand what statute of limitation means.
