Two days ago I saw suspicious activity on 2760 road near address 9170. Being a concerned citizen as I am, I called the Jefferson County Sheriff's office to let them know what I saw and heard. I told the dispatcher that I heard the sound of gunfire at around 1 a.m. in the morning. Now I'm not against people having guns but when you hear the sound of fire arms at night it gets a little suspicious. I seen cars and trucks with dark tinted windows go up and down road 2760! Now the person who lives at that address is a well known individual who has been a citizen in Waurika since the 1980s. His name is Cecil Zachary. It's been said that Mr. Cecil Zachary has been meeting up with another individual from Waurika with the last name Berry. The individual I'm taking about has been under investigation by the FBI and OSBI for the past 20 years! Everybody in Waurika knows that individual has been under investigation for several years! Several eye witnesses have seen Mr. Berry and Mr. Zachary having meetings at 9170 and at the Ray of Hope church near Duncan, Oklahoma. If them cars and trucks going up and down road 2760 are from the FBI, WE'VE GOT A SERIOUS PROBLEM! I don't feel safe living in this area if the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department is too damned chicken to investigate who's driving up and down road 2760 in them black cars with the tinted glass windows and why they are stopping at Cecil Zachary's address! If the dumb asses at Jefferson County Sheriff's department can't investigate what the hell's going on, then I need to get the hell out of Dodge!

More questions than answers

Are we talking about the same Clint Berry who used to drive a vintage '51 Chevy Bel Air, and impersonate Vanilla Ice, and Elvis Presley in high school in the early to mid 1990s? Why is he being investigated by the FBI? Christy Weatherly found out he is under investigation by the FBI through his medical records? How? Was he a patient at United Regional Hospital? What does any of this have to do with suspicious activity on the back roads near Bill's Fish house? Was Clint Berry involved? I have a lot more questions than answers. Why did Christy Weatherly tell her sister Candace Goddard to block Clint Berry? They were good friends in grade school and high school as far as I know. How did Cecil Zachary get involved? This whole story doesn't make much sense! What does Kristi Bates Hall have to do with any of this? Please elaborate and provide more details!

Had Cecil known that Clint Berry was under FBI investigation he would not have had anything to do with him. The story I got from Christy's sister Candace Goddard was that Clint was talking to her on Facebook back in August of 2024, and he asked her some questions about Christy. Christy told Candace that Clint was being watched by law enforcement and to block him. Candace said Christy found out that he was under investigation through his medical records. Kristi Bates told me the story, so I think it's pretty accurate. Kristi said that Clint asked her several questions about Candace and Christy. Clint should know better! Unless he has 10 million dollars in an offshore account and a mansion with about 10 brand new cars, there's no way in hell that Cecil would let Clint date Christy!

I doubt Cecil Zachary knew that Clint Berry has been under investigation by the FBI for the past 20 years. Cecil is a very upstanding and wealthy citizen. I doubt he would knowingly hang around with people who are under investigation by law enforcement. Did you hear that Clint Berry sent Cecil's daughter Christy Weatherly a love note? I heard Christy posted about it on Facebook. She gagged and threw the note or whatever it was in the trash! That's some funny s**t right there! I heard Christy's boyfriend wasn't happy, and went looking for him! Cecil also threatened him! I guess He FAFOd!
