I put down $3500 for Jeffrey Gard to help me on a case involving a minor infraction with marajuana several years ago. He said it would be $3500 down.
I went to court and expected him to show up, and instead he got his paralegal to show up in court with me when he assured me it would be him. the whole hearing lasted less than an hr. and I expected a refund of the $3500 for at least half of the money back but this SOB decided to take the entire thing claiming that he "needed the money to pay rent on his office on Spruce St."
Jeffrey KNEW I was a low income person with a back injury and he purposely collected more than he should have, and then he promised me he would show up in court instead of his paralegal.
This man is arrogant and a total rip off. Please do not trust him with your money! Though my charges were dropped Jeffrey knew they would be and opted to rip me off!

If you're so, so poor and low income, why are you wasting money on DRUGS then breaking the law? This firm got you off and now you come here to cry, whine, stomp your feet because YOU were too stupid to WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DRUGS That firm got you off. Period. Why not go all over the internet and MAKE MORE LIBELOUS STATEMENTS so you can have your stupid rear end hauled into court to defend yourself in an obvious LIBEL CASE?
