Warning Eufora hair products! You Run the Risk of Possibly Ruining Your Hair and Eufora Does Not Accept Responsibility! 

I have very long wavy thick hair.  I took Eufora’s on-line “Hair Quiz” to make sure I got the right products.  Based on Eufora’s hair to product match results, I purchased those products directly from Eufora, not a third party. So, for those of you who have bought it on-line, it may not be the seller’s fault, it might be Eufora’s responsibility.

When I received the products from Eufora, I washed and conditioned my hair with warm water and used the Eufora products per directions.

In just a few minutes I watched my hair shrivel upwards into one big a bird’s nest! Almost like Dread Locks! My hair is now horribly damaged and ruined!

I knew I needed professional help in detangling my hair so I went into one of Eufora’s local salons thinking it’s their products they would know what to do…I had to pay for the painful removal of knots in my hair for the de-tangling (3 ½ hours), the tipping of three stylists, and the products they used!

When I complained all the way up to the CEO… she (CEO) responded and sent from one of Eufora Corp’s employees (third party email address) an email response to me which she (CEO) states… “We value our customers' satisfaction and are committed to ensuring a positive experience with our products; however, I am not willing to accept responsibility for your damaged hair.”
