I wrote the owner Peter Cancro of Jersey Mike's and emailed him and the location's franchisee. This was two days ago without a response. 

 My name is Raymond Larkin and I am a US Marine Corps veteran.  For years I have been going to Jersey Mike's and my favorite cheese steaks. And while traveling up and down the coast of ca I would bring in my service dog and order. Joking around with employees on how I should get it free because I am from New Jersey. I would also teach them how to soak down the bread with the oil and vigor like the way us Jersey guys like it. 

 Well at your location in Anaheim on Katella Ave I at 8:30 pm PST on the 28th of Sept. 2020 I was refused service by an employee of yours because of my Labrador Retriever which is an official service animal. I explain she is not a dog she is a service animal and according to federal law under the disability act I am legally authorized to have her here. 

He told me I won't serve you or you can order but wait outside . 





A Marine Corps Veteran who was legally in the right. I was totally floored, I'm ANGRY, UPSET, HURT, SHOOK UP, PISSED OFF, DISRESPECTED AND A BUNCH OF OTHERS WORDS I CAN NOT SAY BECAUSE I'M NOT IN A FOXHOLE. 

 I'm at a loss of words exactly i will not let this one go.

 Thank you ripoffreport.com. I received a phone call from women claiming she is the owner. Now think about these words. This is what she said "What can I do to win your trust." Trust this has nothing to do with TRUST. And if I was looking for TRUST your not getting it from someone I never met. And I spoke to for 20 seconds. TRUST takes time. Now if she said something like I heard there was a situation at one of my store employees. He refused you service because of your service dog. Is that correct Sir. I mean who trains these people.

I told her that this is out of my hands. Because you folks did not contact me. I contacted The Department of Justice in Washington. Which what I was told to do in case this happens. She hesitated and okay okay okay 15 times. She says "I wasn't there". of course you weren't there. Your employee was there, the employee that you hired, the employee that you trained. She says "that well that has nothing to do with me". It has everything to do with your company, you trained him and that employee has numerous complaints. And this is a brand new business.

This lady is not built for ownership. Whatever happens in that store falls directly on the owner. And like the old saying goes. Sh.. rolls down hill. If she was smart she fire that kid on the spot. But am having a strange feeling that after talking to that women who is only the owner during goods times. I bet that disrespectful knucklehead is probably her son.. Folks STAY AWAY FROM JERSEY MIKES
