I want to report a Telegram user who scammed me out of $3000
I completed a translation project I found through a Skool post. We communicated over Telegram. I submitted the work and it was accepted but when it came to pay, despite asking me how I wanted to be paid she told me I had to sign up for a bank account at arcawage.com or pay $70 for an ID card in order to receive my money.
I didn’t trust this bank and I don’t think I should have to pay $70 for an ID card just to receive payment.
So, I requested to be paid either by PayPal or Venmo but she insisted the only way she can pay me is through this sketchy bank or if I pay $70 for an ID card.
And she still hasn't paid me because she says I didn't follow her process which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
