JIE ZHI NI LEASED US A HOME WITH A DISGUSTING RAT INFESTATION IN THE DUCT SYSTEM AND HVAC SYSTEM AND REFUSED TO FIX REPLACE AND REPAIR. WE CAUGHT OVER 18 GIANT RATS IN LIVE TRAPS. THE RATS ATTRACT RATTLESNAKES TO THE PROPERTY AND THEY PILE UP UNDER THE HOUSE AND COME OUT AT NIGHT. WATCH YOUR STEP!
THE HOME ALSO HAS BLACK MOLD UNDER THE HOUSE IN THE CRAWL SPACE AREAS AND UNDER THE VARIOUS LEAKING SINKS THROUGH OUT THE HOUSE.
THE PROPERTY HAS A SHALLOW CONTAMINATED WELL THAT WAS PLACED IN A DRAINIAGE DITCH ALONG THE ROAD. THE WATER FROM THE DITCH ENTERS THE EXSPOSED WELL HEAD. THERE ARE 2 OTHER OPEN WELL ON THE PROPERTY THAT IS CONTRIBUTING TO THE BROWN WATER. DO NOT DRINK BEWARE!
THE LARGE METAL SHOP ON THE PROPERTY HAS AN INSULATED ROOF THAT IS DINSGRATING WITH FALLIUNG DEBRIES INTO THE AIR SPACE YOU WILL BE BREATHING. PAINT CHIPS AND FIBERGLASS RAINING ON YOUR HEAD.
ALSO THE THE HOUSE HAS NO DOWNSPOUTS FOR 40 YEARS. BECAUSE OF THIS THE FOUNDATION HEAVES AND SINKS CAUSEING THE WALLS AND CEILING TO CRACK. ALSO DOORS AND WINDOWS DO NOT SHUT PROPERLY AND LEAK AIR AND ALLOW BUGS TO ENTER THE HOME.

ALL A BIG ACT AND PUT ON! SHE COULD WIN AN ACADEMY AWARD FOR BEST ACTRESS! FAKE AND PHONEY AS 3 DOLLAR BILL! THIS LADY IS ALL ABOUT THE BUCK! NO CARING FOR YOU! SHE IS EVIL AND GREEDY! LOOK AT HER REALTOR.COM REVIEW ! HORRIBLE PERSON!

THE HOUSE SHE LEASED US SHOULD BE BULLDOZED AND BURNT! THE PROPERTY IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND ENVIROMENTAL DISASTER! I KNOW, I USED TO BE AN INSPECTOR FOR ENVIROMENTAL HAZARDS!
