In late May 2019 - We contracted Jim Shami to remove a GE 2100IQ Digital Cath Lab from a Facility in Indianapolis IN and to bring this system back to his warehouse in IL. Jim has been in the business of doing this for many years. Our PO for this project clearly stated Net 30 Day terms.

As soon as the system was removed, we received an invoice for the full amount to be paid at once. When we brought the Net 30 Day terms to his attention he still insisted upon immediate payment which we stated would not be done.

Began texting him in late June to arrange to make payment ($7500) and pick up the system but no answer to texts or phone calls. 

On July 7 he responded to an E-Mail that he had SOLD our system and it was gone. He has refused to Pay for the system (Value $25,000) or make the system available to us. He has ignored calls from myself and from our bookkeeper.

We have spoken with an Attorney and have contacted the Attorney General's Office in IL. We have established that the system has been Stolen as he did nothing in line with the law to secure title.  

We lost a deal for this system and are out $25,000.
