Purchased Lucky Lamb 3-pc queen fluffy blanket with 2 pillow case set in StellaLou purple on 12/5/20 from luckylamb.net. First red flag was AFTER my payment processed through PayPal they charged me an additional $9.11 calling it "taxes" (at a supposed 15% tax rate.) I immediately complained and they refunded that within a couple days fortunately. Then they never provided a tracking number until I emailed and complained a week later. They send me a USPS tracking number that only indicates that it hasn't even been presented to USPS for shipment despite it being FOUR WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I followed up with a complaint to the BBB and received the following response on 12/23/20:

Complaint ID#: 40058394 Business Name: Lucky Lamb Thank you for contacting Better Business Bureau to assist you in resolving your dispute. BBB records show that this company is out of business. Mail sent to the company has been returned with no forwarding order or BBB files show that the company has confirmed it is out of business. Unfortunately, this means that the BBB will be unable to assist you in resolving your dispute. If you have a different address for this company, please forward this information to our office and we will attempt to contact the company. If there is no additional information and you wish to pursue this complaint further, you may wish to contact the following agency: United States Bankruptcy Court Northern District of Ohio 1716 Spielbusch Ave. Toledo, OH 43604 Phone: (419) 213-5600 Thank you for using the free services of Better Business Bureau. This prompted me to open an "Item not received" dispute with PayPal since the tracking still showed nothing of value, nor was USPS in possesssion of the package. A few days before the dispute was set to close, the seller upoads a completely different tracking number which indicated the item was delivered over a month earlier at the mailbox. This caused PayPal to side with the seller. There was no option to appeal so I messaged PayPal and they said I could only appeal if I had a letter or email from USPS indicating my package was delivered elsewhere. So I did a postal inquiry on BOTH tracking numbers.

The following day, OVER 7 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE, low and behold, a package with the original first tracking number arrived. It was a solid purple blanket approximately 51-1/4"x63" barely large enough  for a full size bed. NO PILLOWCASES! So I contacted PayPal and asked to change the case to Item not as Described, uploading multiple pics of the item on their webpage and the item I received. They looked over my information again and compared the pics I sent and reversed their decision to my favor telling me that usually they allow the seller a chance to offer a return but we're making an "exception" in this case due to the large amount of time that has passed. I've received a full refund from PayPal.

Incidentally, I got the inquiry back on the second tracking number they provided PayPal that had shown delivery... it did not have have my address on it but had another address in town and was successfully delivered to THAT address. So my guess is they either randomly mailed some letter of some sort with a tracking number to my town to use as proof of delivery OR they have a way to look up tracking for delivered items to be able to use already mailed tracking numbers in their malicious scheme to defraud people.

I've heard they also have a FaceBook page to promote their schemes. Don't even go there!

Bottom line is to avoid this place unless you want to waste a TON of time dealing with nonsense and not even get something remotely worth what you paid :(

-Ron
