I was used Jj tires and towing to try and get my truck fixed,when my issue became a nightmare after using this joke of a company!They picked up my truck,brought it to their shop,called me and the owner told me one of his guys dropped my key! Do I have another one?! Noooooo..I don’t! And my key is a lot of money!
Then he tried to deny ever telling me they dropped my key! I told him I wanted my truck back! Charged me $100 bucks! Yes I was highly upset, but both the owner and the tow truck driver was very nasty, The tow truck driver was cursing up a storm infront of my small child!
The Owner states he’s the boss! Boss of what??? Still don’t understand?? And the tow truck driver told me he owned my truck until it was dropped! I called the police and he left quick!
