Jo Carol Snowden "The Courtyard Crook" --- stay away !!!!!!! Austin TX

Jo Carol Snowden is a constant, unwanted presence in the Courtyard neighborhood. She owns 5703 Muster Court but treats the entire community as her personal marketing playground. Every year, she dumps her real estate advertisements on everyone’s lawns—last year alone, we had to remove four from ours. She tries to spin this in the community newsletter as “tradition.” The only tradition is neighbors rolling their eyes and tossing her flyers in the trash.

She even has the nerve to stick U.S. flags on these ads, saying it is "tradition." The only "tradition" here is her disgracing a coveted national symbol to market herself, it is manipulative and shameless. There’s nothing "traditional" about lying to sell houses off the backs of veterans and their memory.

Ask around and you’ll hear the same thing—no one trusts her. I did some digging, and it’s worse than I thought. A basic background check turns up a lawsuit for misrepresenting the condition of a property, it was 20 years ago, but she didn't learn her lession, as there is a deposition posted on YouTube of her. She comes across exactly how you’d expect: dodging questions, stumbling through lies, changing her story when cornered.

Oh theres more. Out of curiosity, I called the Texas Real Estate Commission. They confirmed she’s been reported multiple times. That tells you everything you need to know.

Now she’s wormed her way onto another HOA board—not to help, but to score leads, based on word of mouth. My neighbor is selling her house, and she thinks Jo Carol's advertisements work against her, making her look like the idiot that she is. IQ of 85-90, tops.

She also has a reputation as the neighborhood s**t, she has slept with god knows how many men in this neighborhood. Blech.

Jo Carol doesn’t care about this community. She cares about her name on signs and her face on flyers. That’s it. Courtyard deserves better than this kind of self-serving, two-faced opportunist.
