Nautical Mile Resort - Joanne k Quist and David Robert Quist accepts money from associates to get their lodging facilities approved Wells ME

Joanne k Quist and David Robert Quist live at 34 Lancelot Dr, Paxton, MA 01612 (508) 853-1981. They also live at 1072 Post Rd. #130, Wells, ME 04090. This is a motel converted into a condo.

David is a member of the Town of Wells Lodging facility Advisory Committee. The Board of Selectmen have appointed the Lodging Facility Advisory Committee to discuss tasks assigned by the Board of Selectmen and to provide recommendations with regarding to Lodging Facilities within the Town of Wells. This is David's job. What is troubling to me is that he accepts money from associates to get their lodging facilities approved by the Town of Wells. Obviously, the town is unaware of his actions. Otherwise, he would be fired. I'm from India and recently moved to the area opening a motel. He took my money, gave me nothing in return, and has not given it back to me. David said I had to pay him in order to be approved by the town. Davids'  other job is working for Supermarket Environmental Services, Inc. Joanne works as a Focus Instructional Coach at Worcester Public Schools. If she only knew what her husband does.
