I am really surprised to find that Joe took my deposit after we were referred to him by a reputable, family-owned Broward PVC fence supply distributor and did not complete the job. In addition, he asked for $290 more for materials because I guess he did not secure the materials right after I signed the contract. I said that this was unacceptable but agreed to pay him $70 more. I had already written in a 10% ($130) increase to allow for an increase in the cost of materials from the original estimates secured before the Coronavirus. Mr. Bardales stopped returning my texts and does not answer calls.
