In Jan of 2017 Joe McCullough Senior Solar Consultant for Innovative Solar INC. knocked on my front door and solicited a Solar package. I told him my roof is about 15 to 20 years old and I will have to replace it soon. Joe told me it was company policy to remove my Solar panels at no cost one time and that it was all prepaid for in the loan for the Solar. In 2021 my roof is outdated and must be replaced I contacted the company and they responded back in email that it was not in my contract to remove the panels at no cost, and it would cost over 4,000.00 to remove the panels. I was lied and tricked to by Joe McCullough and Innovative Solar Inc. They tricked me while in my own home, Answering the knock on my front door, and being lied to by a criminal hiding behind a comp
