Alert Alert!! Watch out for this sales manager who finds his way into different dealerships to defraud customers and steal there personal social security information. He is an African American man that moved from different locations in the Automobile business around the Sacramento region! Joe meet me at a bar in down town and told me he would help me get into a used Hyundai here at Elk Grove Hyundai week’s ago! He came off as a nice guy and wanted to help me with a furniture purchase in Rocklen ca, at RC Willy for my birthday. Joe was asking me a lot of information about my personal life including my credit score and how much money I had saved up in my account. I told him that I feel uncomfortable with giving out my privet information so fast. He kept asking me how long I have dated my Ex-Boyfriend and wanted to see me again. 3 days later he called me after asking me to visit his work in Elk Grove and that he was the head desk manager who runs the dealership at Hyundai Elk Grove. I did purchase a furniture set for his new apartment he had just moved into after a week knowing Joe Richardson. He said he would pay off the bill in a week and he lied and never followed through with his promises over and over that he told me. I asked him to return the purchase the following Monday but he kept telling me it’s fine and that he is the General Manager of this dealership and runs the sales department. He said he would get me into a used car to make it up for not paying the bill for the help I had given him at RC Willy. I told him that I felt it is strange to ask a woman for a large $6,000 dollar furniture set when I only new him a week. He shared how he makes over $20k a month and he can afford the payment plan. I told RC. Willy that I never signed the approval application for the large purchase that saturday he had went back and forged my signature on the delivery forms without my approval. I was furious and asked him to return my property to RC.Willy that he never did. He then promised this new car conversation with me and I told him that I felt he scammed me and wanted this Bill payed off in a week or I’m going to the police station to file a police report. He sweet talked me later into making it up by telling at me and then apologized for his anger. I did need a car ans new transportation. This all happened so fast that I thought he was being honest and true to his word because I liked him and dated him for a couple of weeks when I found out he had a family and later he said it was his Ex Wife and that he is paying child support and could not afford to buy his own property- so I helped him out being a nice person. The car was a scam as well and he sold me that car over at his new Job in Elk Grove Hyundai. He pushed me into this used Car I did not feel comfortable pursuing because I was still wondering when he would pay off the Bill and return the property to RC. Willy in Rockeln. I was stupid and gullible to accept this offer he talked me into doing at this dealership. I was manipulated into sleeping with him and finding out later he had a family. This is really hard to believe and accept that I was pushed into a used car with a lot of miles on it and a high payment that Joe talked me into. He had said he would take me out to dinner after his shift was over and he would pay for my $4,000 down payment for the car. He lied and later his check bounced and I needed up calling the cops and was done with this fight with him. He left me with the Bill and I ended up stuck with the car! This was his old job when he worked for Furniture Ford in Folsom ca. I know that he is now at Hyundai Elk Grove and what a small world because my friend Jamie bought a car from him ans she said that he can get her a car without a drivers license or down payment. She had the worst headache dealing with Joe Richardson after finding out he ran her credit to many different places without her permission or signed any documents for that approval to do so! Joe also asked her out and flirted with her a lot running back and forth to the Booth and back to the showroom floor. I think this is a scam and Joe bounces around to many different dealers to scam woman ans take advantage of customers and lie and cheat to gain his way to the top. I will let the company know that they have a man who is meeting woman at bars and scamming them to do favors like the above article posted here in this website. My friend Jamie told me her experience with Joe and reported it right away. He also asked for her cell number saying he would like to take her out. This man is a pervert scam artist who goes around scamming gullible woman and think that he can get away with this behavior.
