Worst lending experience possible. I am a real estate investor and use many different lending companies for different deals. Tried Acra for one of my deals. Person handling my file said no problem, looks great. Switched up deal in the middle of the process. Delayed getting appraisal review. We called every day asking what delay was after telling us 24 hours. They got rude and said they were very busy. Called each day with same flippant response. Finally called and said I f we don’t get it we lose the deal only to find out they had it completed a week ago but never communicated they needed it in another format (after daily calls asking for it). What a huge fail. I would not recommend doing business if you don’t want to risk losing your deal.
