305 Medical Clinic - Dr. Johan Ochoa Scammed me into a job, never paid, scammed the people he was doing business with, made the people who work for him take money out and disappeard Miami Florida

Alleged "Dr. Johan Ochoa" is a con artist and professional scammer who promises a high hourly rate and fixed hours of availability, requests bank account and route number, ID, and more, and never pays. Has scammed chauffeurs, real estate agents, clients, hotels, and more using his newly hired team to complete transactions on their behalf as part of his team "confirming" refunds and scamming people out of their money and never fulfilling payment for hours worked upon disappearing. 

This individual states to be of Panamanian and Venezuelan heritage stating his bank in Panama and Chicago can finance car and home loans with low interest and low monthly cost. Communication, instructions, and more are coordinated through email with specific codes to try to be professional with his "team". Has attempted to solicit office spaces in Miami and was turned down when not providing financial credentials to proceed to payment. Go to the alleged offices stated online, WhatsApp, and on Google Maps first as they are non-existent. Instructs people to leave money at his hotel claiming an assistant will pick up the deposit. 

Has instructed real estate agents to take out their own money for down payment on million dollar real estate purchases, intimidates and instructs realtors to write a check assigned to "chauffeur/bodyguard" instructing said employee to cash the check at the bank and ask for the amount in cash to avoid entering any bank under the pretense that he is too rich and rather pay people to conduct business on his behalf. Requests that the dealership associate call his personnel to confirm the order stating that they are waiting for the deposit to complete the transaction- which is true, he just takes the deposit and the sales associate has no clue the transaction won't be completed.

Offers a position as "real estate property manager" for the city he finds himself in as well as "chauffer" and "logistics coordinator". Offers a higher rate for those in charge of handling hotel check-ins, and logistics, and states that a refund and percentage of the sale will be deposited to said employees.  Makes people book under their name through booking.com so that the charges are not under the fraudulent individuals' name and never pays.

Allegedly travels between Chicago and Florida and has offices in New York and Los Angeles as stated on Instagram. The individual appears to be Doral/Miami/Brickell, Florida based but the ID # is unrecognizable by police: fake ID. Is NOT a surgeon, nurse, or medical professional licensed in Florida or Illinois. Has been banned by Mandarin Hotel and others. 

Does not give a schedule ahead of time, requests classical music and worship music, and talks about humility and faith to create trust and later take advantage of individuals. Has had access to million-dollar mansions and apartments, oceanfront, signed contracts at Porsche & Bently, and fails to fulfill financial obligations.
