John Turis Enterprises He was extremely dishonest, unprofessional, inefficient and wasted my time Brooklyn NY

I had an appointment with John Turis on a Wednesday afternoon. After waiting several hours, he asked me if I could come back because he was too busy. So I rescheduled for the following week. I wasn’t happy, but I figured I’d give him another chance. The following week I showed up for my 1pm appointment with John Turis.

At about 1:30, still waiting, I heard arguing in the back of his office. One of his clients was screaming and complaining to him about his money. Then two other people started yelling and complaining because he had them waiting so long. There was just a very negative vibe throughout the whole place.

At 1:40 another guy comes strolling in and they allowed him to cut ahead of me. Seemed like it was a close friend of his. I was supposed to be next. I got there first and I had an appointment. An hour and a half later I was still waiting. He kept saying 5 more minutes over and over again while he was still chit chatting with the guy he let cut ahead of me.

Finally after another 40 minutes he was able to see me. I sat in his office for over an hour and a half and he’s still trying to figure out my paperwork. He then asked me to leave so he can see his next client. I looked at the time and I realized that it was 5:35. He almost made me late for my 6pm client. He said he would definitely finish up my paperwork by the end of the day.

The next day he still didn’t even touch my paperwork. He blew me off the entire day. The lady at the front desk has been very nice. I feel so bad that she has to handle all these complaints. There was another woman that answered the phone who works in the back office and she was incredibly rude. She kept interrupting while I was explaining my situation and then she hung up the phone on me.

John Turis never finished my paperwork. No way will I pay this man $750. I had to find someone else to help me. I would never recommend  to this place to anyone. I do not trust this man. Very shady and too much drama.
