So i contracted Mr. Jorge Olivero to do some drain and ditch pipe project on a development in homestead. At first everything was great communitcation was quick. All was good till payment was issued and work commenced. Mr. Olivero's bid was not the cheapest but in the middle of the road.
We met a couple times went through plans and i paid him to start the project $57,982.00 first draw. So what should have been a 1 month project turned into a disaster 3 months into the job and it wasnt half way completed. He kept blaming it on contractors and covaid excuse after excuse. I asked him to meet me at the job site to go over the issues and what we could do to remedy the situation.
After a couple heated conversations and threating me to bodily harm with his sidekick thugs it was clear he had no intention of completing the job professionally or had the capabilities of the task at hand. Longstory short i had to hire a professional that came and repaired everything showed me where all the pipes and drains were not installed correct or had issues that would have been beyond costly in future.
I know this is long but i want to be accurate on the details and what occurred. So a couple of weeks pass by i call him nonstop and no call backs or messages. I had a couple of visits to my job site from sub contractors who Jormak Equipment and Consulting Inc Ripedoff Scammers Jorge Olivero Jr. 786-282-5020 and had not paid these poor guys who did the initial labor etc. two of them said they were owed for $14K for other jobs.
In addition they told me the other clients had been ripped off like myself and could not get Jormak Equpment Mr. Oliveros on the phone or return a call. I will be sueing and filing complaints with the county and board of contractors. Please dont be ripped off or scammed by Jormak Equipment and COnsulting inc. I have all the text messages with excuses and pictures of this terrible sham.

I do not appreciate my name being slandered and my reputable company being accused of wrongdoing. This report is completely fabricated and all allegations are false. Jormak has never been contracted by anyone to work on a development at the address provided. We mostly do government work. This is a story that was more than likely created by an envious competitor with a vivid, yet sinister imagination in order to defame my company. The accuser has conveniently decided to remain anonymous and offer zero proof of the alleged events. It is very easy to hide behind a computer screen. I challenge the cowardly author of this report to please come forward with a proposal, proof of payment, pictures, witnesses, police report, court documents, etc. to support your fraudulent claims. I am confident that none of this will happen because you are nothing but a sad, angry, pathetic little person with nothing better to do than think about ways to destroy Jormak with lies. You have made some very strong allegations against my company and my character and I hope you understand that defamation of this sort has legal consequences. Fortunately for myself, I can rest easy knowing that my work ethic speaks for itself.
