Extremely poor, sloppy workmanship from a so called expert that calls his own company JJ's Quality Concrete? Not only did we pay you quickly, you would hide not take our calls, messages etc for over 5 weeks and failed to come back and perform any of your contract agreements. You wanted to keep our money, as witnessed by many others as well.

You have perpetuated false, misleading and or deceptive acts against us.

Yes, i am walking away from all your projects due to lack of experience from you and your other trades that I have to be pointing out and have to fix that you don’t fix or see. Plus what you sent me this morning really don’t make sense that you want me to give money back after I have performed job first plus, they are payments not deposits. (Correction payments are marked as deposits) You Sir have damaged many jobs as noted in certified mail you received, including a laundry list of incomplete items and or not starting at all including not returning to start your agreements and or fixing any of your damages.

Mr. Michel You think I can get a $2,000 payment advance tomorrow after finishing digging the trench tomorrow, because I need money? If I don’t, I'll be honest after including my labor and labor for my guys, equipment and everything else after a week your deposits don't mean anything and tomorrow when I dig the remaining trench, I'm stopping period. Because I don't work for free and I include all kinds of costs on my bids and it's over your deposits

Pursuant to Section 162.001, et seq, of the TEXAS PROPERTY CODE (The Trust Fund Statute) payments received by a contractor for construction work performed by the subcontractors are considered trust funds. The contractor and its agents hold the payments in trust for the benefit of the project and contracts. Mr. Jimenez committed deceptive and unconscionable conduct as set forth above including but not limited to (perpetuating false, misleading and or deceptive acts that were relied upon by DFW including Misleading DFW as to use of the deposit funds paid to you.

We are demanding that you pay back our $9,500.00 deposit, French Drain Deposit amount of $5,000.00 including $3575.00 in damages as noted, Total of  ($18,075.00) payable in a cashier check within (7) days of receipt of this demand letter date and if you pay back, we shall forgo any lawful lawsuits, contacting agencies, writing reviews etc as allowed by law and or the other current damages that we are currently suffering due to your actions against us and owners.

We are going to file a claim against your General Liability company for the damages that you have caused, including now having to find new concrete contractors to fix your work including, loss time, the breech of contracts that you have left behind. ($56,750.00) law suit will be filed against you if we don’t receive our deposits and damages out of pocket cost back of ($18,075.00) paid back within (7) days.
