Joseph Wilk / Joe Wilk Credit Card Processing Scam. Liar. BAD person. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN. Hasbrouck Heights NJ

Joe Wilk came into my store. Claimed he could save me money on credit card processing.

Said he cancels old processor and absorbs cancellation fee.  He did not.  I was charged from 2 companies for a year. Said equipment was $95 month but everything was cancellable at any time with no cancellation fee.

HE LIED.  EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS MAN IS A LIE.

It is not.  Contract for equipment..  that doesn't work most of the time..  is NOT cancellable. When I realized what was going on and texted him to talk..  he told me he needed to put distance between us that he was not ready to talk to me because I was rude.

I asked to return equipment that does not work.. needed the name of company and where to send it.. he ignors the question and tells me to call customer service.  

The processor he set me up with would supply the machines for FREE..yet I am paying $95 a month for 4 years.  Even if I go out of business..  I am obligated to pay. Spoke to another person who filed a report and basically we have the same story.

And if me signing up with him wasn't enough..  I just signed up my moms business. Her equipment didn't work properly.  she was out of business for 5 days because of this horrible person. he refused to speak to me ... told me to call customer service/ i did/ they couldn't get the equipment to work.  

He is a liar.  This is a SCAM.  All companies are involved.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS MAN.  THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD.
