Beware of Josh Fierman and how wife Karen Fierman.

They are “squatters” in the NYC area and will sign long term leases and purposely avoid paying rent for as long a single possible. They’ve done this to many landlords In the past.

They’ve destroyed my property, upset my neighbors, embarrassed themselves throughout the building and stolen over $20,000 from landlord.

Here are things josh and Karen fierman have done to be aware of if you ever encounter Them.

- forged previous landlord letter providing a referral
- manipulated lease to try and defraud landlord
- destroying property and painting walls hot pink
- representing himself as the owner of Unity construction and offering to do upgrades to property only to install cheap fixtures that damaged the property even more
- broken things purposely and then blame landlord for not fixing them quickly
- violently yelling and screaming in the residence that resultant in neighbor complaints
