Child support is 100% criminal. It has been ruled unconstitutional by the Minnesota Supreme Court (effective in all 50 sstates).
A few years ago you could google how much each state makes on child support annually and it was huge, in the tens of millions per state. The criminals removed those stats. They ALL get paid a percentage, the judges etc. This is a violation of the emoluments clause. Child support is a RICO criminal scheme 100%.

You owe the child support, deadbeat. It's your kid, you are supposed to pay for it. If you weren't a deadbeat, you would have never even had to deal with the court. If you don't want to pay child support, use a freaking condom. Or maybe try not sticking your meat thermometer into everything that moves.

Casey Blair is a thief who is took a bribe to be paid money for collecting money such as in the case of child support. So he gets a % of every dollar he collects and is thereby incentivized to rob, to steal money excessively to pad his own pockets. That's why the oath he swore forbid such. That's why this is unlawful, criminal. They don't want you to know about this but this is exactly what is happening. He's paid money toward his retirement by acting as an independent contractor to the SSA IV-D program.
