Judge Karen Moskowitz is a corrupted, biased, impartial, malicious, and racist judge. Judge Karen Moskowitz does not follow the law when on the bench. She is incompetent in interpreting family law and restraining order law. If your case is assigned to Judge Karen Moskowitz, immediately have your case transferred to a different judge. File a 170.6 asap.
Judge Karen Moskowitz has a habit of allowing the court clerk to decide what evidence should be allowed during trial. She allows the court clerk to interrupt the trial and give their opinion.
Also, Judge Karen Moskowitz practices Ex-Party communication with city attorneys and friend attorneys to advise them how to conduct their trial when she is presiding over it.
Judge Karen Moskowitz instructs the court reporter to manipulate, delete and rearrange testimony on the court transcript. Judge Karen Moskowitz instructs the court reporter to alter the court transcript to hide her verbal mistakes she has said on court record.

As stated in my previous Comment, I did not win my case. I was being stalked and harassed by my homo partner for 2 years. Then he assaulted me and I ended up in the hospital. I appeared before "judge" Karen Moskowitz for a restraining order. I presented ample evidence, records, photographs, police witnesses. However, this corrupt old hag, "judge " Karen Moskowitz denied my restraining order request. She stated that she hates LGBTQ and males with partners. She said she had no sympathy for individuals with an alternate lifestyle. She even admitted to being a bigot. I ask for your sympathy in this difficult time. Thank you.
