Judge Keith Pion Allowed a criminal to use his courtroom to get someone locked up for retaliation. County Baltimore

Judge Pion allowed someone with a third degree sex offence and a extensive record because someone he knew attacked my son and husband while they were on my son's job discussind an incident that happen on the parking lot of my son's where the plaintiff jumped in my son's face because he almost ran into my son while my son was pushing carts and someone the plaintiff know came back the next day and attacked an innocent employee.

The attackers were arrested around 02/15/2022 when the incident with my son and husband being attacked happen on the 02/05/2022.

After the attackers was locked up around 02/15/2022 for attacking the innocent employee on 02/06/2022 the plaintiff pressed charges against my son who never been in any trouble and was working at the time of the incident.

Some how my son was locked up 05/12/2022 without having a chance to tell his side of what happen on  because a lady told my son to plea guilty from the State Attorney Office. My son never been locked up and worked hard to graduate while having an IEP because of a learning disibility and was able to find work while in school.

If I could I would share the long records of the plaintiff. They took advantage of my son because he didn't understandwhat was happening and didn't have a lawyer with him at the time. Please be careful not to go in front of this judge with out a lawyer.
