I purchased and received a bulk order of handmade organic essential oils and sprays from the company named, Quintessentials by Julie Quinn. The product I have received had reeked grotesque bizarre foul odor, that I was unable to resale to my customers without safety concerns. I reached out to Julie Quinn to attempt to resolve the issue, and she made no attempt to provide a solution or provide me a refund. She stated that the product was fine, and did not reek of any odors, after I submitted back original product back to her business address. However, this was a false statement on her behalf, because all of my witnesses complained of the same grotesque smell. Ms. Quinn refused to pay me my money back that I have requested. She simply ignored my complaints and stated she was not going to give me back the refund on my behalf, which is unprofessional and bad business tactics.

However, this was a false statement on her end, because all of my witnesses complained of the same grotesque smell as well. & nbsp;Ms. Quinn refused to pay me my money back that I have requested. She simply ignored all of my complaints and stated she was not going to give me back & nbsp;my full & nbsp;refund, which is unprofessional and bad business tactics. I took a great loss it was over $6000 dollars that I could not afford to lose.
