On July 4, 2019, I ordered one Just Like Sugar Table Top for $29.95 through their advertised website. I contacted their email address three times inquiring about my order and on October 23, 2019 I requested a refund. Today is December 9, 2019 and I still have not received my refund.

The only communication I ever received was a note at the bottom of my original order as follows: "Please be advised that we here at Just Like Sugar are totally overwhelmed with orders due to the popularity of our product. We are working 24/7 to get all of the orders out to you as soon as possible and will get your order out just as fast as we can.

We are the only manufacturer of this unique product in the world. there is nothing like it in the world. Please allow a minimum of 30 days for your order to ship. Thank You."

It has now been 5 months since I ordered this item and have not yet received the item or a refund!!!
