I made a mistake on my order and tried to rectify it immediately. I could not delete an item so called customer service immediately and they told me to call back the next day when the order had been registered. I did that and was told that they could not cancel and that they had already shipped my order.
The customer service reps were rude and unhelpful. I suspect that they are told to get the money anyway they can and to defer and complaint for help. I SUSPECT THE COMPANY IS A RIP OFF.
