This company "Juvenon" had an offer where you were permitted to change the date to ship out the product. In times past I never had a problem with changing my ship date but you would have to call for it to be done. They did not have a website for you to manage your own account.
I did not authorize the shipment to be sent out to me on 09/28 - this is when the transaction showed up on my bank account. And low and behold this is where the valid phone number showed up so that I could call them. I told them of what unethical business practice this was and I wanted my money back. They said I would need to send the product back first : then I said " how can I send it back when I never received it ?"
I am disputing the matter with my bank but was told it may take up to 6 months to get a refund. This is very disheartening that this company has started with an unethical business practice just to make money on the consumers expense! I told them this would be reported for everyone to read and I meant it. These companies have to be stopped from this type of practice.

I had called at an earlier time of day and spoke with a manager of Juvenon and she was wonderful. I had gotten my refund back to my card for the product and come to find out they had changed their phone system and was not aware of the problem with the numbers not working. I was so thankful that I finally had reached someone who was able to help and listen to the problem and willing to help. This update is to show that Juvenon is a reputable company and yes I would not only recommend the wonderful products but also would highly recommend to do business with this company for this issue was resolved totally and no questions asked. Persistance is sometimes what it takes to have things addressed and I am thankful that I had continued till I found someone that was willing to help and assist.
