Franz Gaiter and a team of co-conspirators have used the name of JWM Ventures and its abilities/standing for personal gain.  On several occasions, Mr. Gaiter has orchestrated a systematic fraud and theft scheme to obtain notoriety, automobiles, cell phones, leased business offices, and other untold assets.  Mr. Gaiter obtained pertinent and private information of JWM Ventures and its Owner to fraudulently enter into contracts and lending situations to purchase assets on credit, obtain these assets, and leave JWM Ventures with the liability to pay for the assets. 

Further Mr. Gaiter and his team stole computer hard drives for proprietary real estate project information that he has used to contact clients and claim as his own as evidenced from his LinkedIn page which he indicates that he is the sole operator/developer of the project.  Therefore, he has taken credit for the projects and then accuses JWM Ventures of theft. On two separate occasions, Franz Gaiter has been legally asked to Cease and Desist his efforts.
