KAEGREEL.COM These "handmade" shoes are JUNK from China. The sizing is wrong and you have to pay for return shipping to China.

On 9/17/2021, I purchased a pair of non-slip waterproof women's snowshoes with zipper made of cotton #136900 Black, Size 9 per the Kaegreel.com website for $48.35 USD, PayPal payment. The boots are of inferior construction, with raw material not stitched or capped. 

There is neither a country noted on the website, nor a phone number to call. It appeared that item was coming from the USA. No mention of an international purchase or shipping. I paid $10.95 for shipping to me.

10/4/21, I received an email from CNE Express stating my parcel was delivered. I never received the package. PPD-13547007.

I contacted Kaegreel via email. After several days, I received an email stating the shipment was LOST, they would remake the order and send asap. The order finally arrived around 11/25/2021. The boots were inferior in quality & contruction & the sizing was wrong, 2 sizes too small. 

I contacted Kaegreel via email and with no timely response from them, around 11/25/2021, I filed a complaint with Paypal Kaegreel.com stating the boots did not fit, and I wanted to return them for credit. Kaegreel responded later instructing me they would accept the boots back. They said the size is what I ordered a 9; (however, the sizing is wrong)

I was told I needed to return them to CHINA, the cost would be exorbident so I just let the 30 day return time expire. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO SELL IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Their product is junk and the company is a scam. It takes too long for a response from them, only via email. Customer service stinks.
