Don't waste your time hiring Kager Brewer Construction. Took nearly two years to finish a contracted eight week job. Sub-standard work, fully documented by the county building inspectors.
Filed complaint with the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors last year who sent a representative to talk to the county inspector and look over the house. The state board concurred that we had grounds to move forward with our complaint with the state against Kager Brewer Construction.
Kager Brewer didn't pull the proper permits, disappeared for months and months at a time with no communication. Thank goodness for the building inspectors that made sure our house was safe before Kager abandoned the project for the second time.
We had to hire other contractors to fix his mess. If you want excuses, personal attacks and crappy unprofessional work and behavior, he's your man. Kager and his company are bad news stay away!
