I contracted with this outfit to take down 17 Leland cypress trees and do some trimming on others. They did the trimming but only dropped 6 trees of the 17 and left job. This outfit does everything ala cart and wants customer to continue to pay for day labor/& climbers.
I finally stopped and said when job was completed final payment would be made. Obviously no help because no pay. Fortunately I have a contract and will pursue. He maintains insurance day by day so you must stay behind that.
I never did find a business license in Cobb County. My property is left a mess. He drives a vehicle that leaks oil and huge spots are up and down the road that I must deal with. I have logs alongside the road that the new company will have hauled to lumber yard.
