Especially Medi-Cal being the worst state insurance a person can receive, they lie, play games and never resolve grievances and their supervisors are a f*cken joke being lazy as*holes who refuse to do their job!!!

I have complained numerous time and no ones gives a f*ck they just waste paper and postage sending bullsh*t letters about grievances stating I made, but never specify what those grievances are, so that tells me the letters are bullsh*t with no resolution and no one who will do a f*cken thing about anything. Letters are clones.

Medi-cal doctors only get paid $10 dollars a patient this is the reason why over booking is a problem when you go to the doctor and there are a 100 people waiting when a patient shows up 2 to 3 hours of your time waiting for an appt you made a month in advance. Lack of Care!!!! DOCTORS ARE THE WORST.... NO QUALITY OF CARE AT ALL!

I experienced extreme negligence with LA Care, bad customer service, website has no update of decent doctors that are needed for special needs, addition to that I dealt with this cu*nt KAREN EDINBYRD from REGAL MEDICAL GROUP who was a part of trying to kill my husband with the conspiracy of WHITTIER hospital and St. Jude forcing him against his will into a facility so LA CARE REGAL GROUP AND WHITTIER COULD GET KICK BACKS.

Amy case manager called up lying to me that she was here to help and cared it was all deception she only wanted to know how much I had in my bank account. Jackie Mata is her supervisor and refused to do anything when I spoke to her about Amy she HUNG UP on me. 213-694-1250 *4522 These c*nts can burn in hell!!!!

Here is the review I wrote about that c*nt Karen EdinByrd from Regal who was under LA Care. After they read what I wrote Regal lies and send s a letter of how I changed my provider. Yeah they changed it because they are f**ken liars and corrupt trying to kill my husband!!! NOW ITS BEEN REMOVED, SHE IS A C*NT AND MURDERER!!!! SHE TRIED TO KILL MY HUSBAND!
