We have received the chargeback item.  There will be no more replies at this point.  Even though we had to cover almost everything.  They actually paid for the shipping for the US so we have to take the printer in one of our residential offices.  This customer is now cleared even though they COST! a USA company.  Printer Ink is required by the way not just buy the printer and then try to get us to give it for free.

Case Closed - blocked and banned.  Threats to our publication have nothing to do with the site bought from.  Different owners.  Keyword = "Publication".  We have been notified to close this on RipOffReport - and the only reason companies do this is because banks and large systems do not protect companies against people that cost businesses or fraud attempts because customers do not read what they sign or checkbox too.

We will no longer add or talk about this topic anymore. WE JUST WANTED TO REPORT THAT THEY AT LEAST AFTER BREAKING OUR SITE TERMS - COVERED THE LOWER COST TO SHIP IT TO ONE OF OUR OFFICES IN THE USA.  WE TOOK THE COST LOST!

This customer cost the company and broke our terms and conditions.  Period!  Used PayPay to chargeback on an Industrial printer also slandered our company because the printer was made in China.  They did not use our after-sale support system.  As they agreed to the site terms. This is not a slander thing this is a report to let others know anti-fraud wise this was an attempt to spam our site and try to shut us down.

Threats of suing are a waste of time because they broke the law also other companies need to watch out for these people.  They buy stuff and then attack companies with suing after they put a company in a financial hold in the middle of COVID no wonder the USA having issues with keep companies here.  It is the USA citizens that are causing problems hence our circuit system issues.

Second, our customer support is the ones that reported these people to Clearsale so other companies can know what and who to watch out for on Anti-Theft and Fraud customers.

Watch out and add these to people to your firewall and payment system blocking tools online shopping owners.  These baddies that live in California are stealing using their banks through PayPal.  Remove PayPal as a payment gateway period they do not cover "Item Not As Described"  even if the low lives used it for a month in a half then chargeback.

They are also keeping the item and have not contacted us for a return of it.  So the banks are protecting their card users even if they are stealing from others.  This scumbag is using his ugly girlfriend probably - name on sites and then uses his PayPal to pay for it.  Once it has been 90 days or so from using the stolen product they chargeback this way so Seller Protection from PayPal doesn't apply.

We do not have to worry about the government closing companies - we got losers that burn down their own areas and steal from other USA small companies. 

Only use stripe pay and amazon - these illegals are looking for loopholes and the banks do not care if low lives are stealing from smaller competitors.  We as business owners and legitimate customers need to shut these idiots down.  They are making it so there are no online stores other than the elite that isn't giving back to their community.  It's like idiots that burn down their only local grocery store because they are mad.  Do not let scum bags like this destroy the little we got left.

They did not use the After-Sale Support to get the product running.  All they did was complain and now trying to force us to pay for the shipping for the product to return it.  We do not supply that if the customer has not contacted the manufacturer for help.  All this because the customer didn't read our terms.  They also select only the Printer then got mad when there was no ink.  On the page where the product you can buy the Printer or buy the Printer With Ink. 

They tried to hustle us in giving 600 dollar ink to them so when we gave them the link to buy it they decided to play games and 90 days later a chargeback.  There is nothing wrong with the machine but since they had it for 90 days they might have broken the item because they refused to get After-Sales Support.  We personally do not need customers that are not here to play right.

We have no problem reporting anyone that basically trying to steal from us.  At this point, it is closed as a loss but we will add these two people to every site warning them to not accept their purchases.

We use an anti-fraud that is connected to big companies online like Walmart etc....  They have been added.  See when customers mess up they can pull things like this without no consciousness, not with us!  Also, we will do a credit hit on their information through a collection agency. 

IT IS NOT WORTH IT TO STEAL ONLINE plain and simple.  When your chargeback you are stating that you have told the truth.  They didn't get a plug with it doesn't say the plug comes with it - it is a converter box that will convert a plug to use 220v instead.  Also, if the customer was ignorant they could have contacted us before purchase as we state on-site to get help.  They thought they were just smart and bought it without reading.

So far every customer has obeyed our terms and been successful in using the machine.
