KB Laces KB_Laces (IG) (sister company with same owners Mafia house clothing) Buyer Beware! Mobile Alabama

I ordered shoes from this company through their IG website.  One month later I recieved a text message with a USPS tracking number.  This led me to believe that my shoes had shipped.  The following week I checked the tracking number on USPS website and found out that my shoes had not been shipped and a tracking number was only created by KB Laces at their home office.

 Weeks later I checked the USPS website again and my shoes still had not be shipped.  I called USPS and they said that they never recieved the shoes from KB Laces.  I contacted the owner Terrika Coleman via their IG page and she told me that the post office had a shipping delay due to Covid and I should contenue to wait.  It was over a month and a half so that was confusing, but I did wait.

A week later I contacted the Post Office again and they said KB Laces had not delivered the shoes to them in the 1st plce.  I begin to search KB Laces company website and found that there was another owner to the company, Taiwan Hardy.  I contacted him through Facebook Messanger and he assured me that he would look into the situation and if he could not figure it out within 24 hours he would offer me a full refund.  

After waiting the 24 hours I contacted him again asking for a full refund.  He said Terrika would send the refund shortly.  11:00pm that same evening I still had not recieved my refund.  I contacted him via Messenger again and soon after I recieved a partial payment.  I contacted him yet again regarding a FULL refund and shorty recieved a few more dollers but still not a FULL refund.  I contacted him yet again and he said "Well contact Terrika" and blocked me from his page.  

I went back to the IG page and asked Terrika for my full refund and she told me that I'd already recieved my money and "Get off of her page".  I once again explained that I had not recieved all of my money that I'd sent to them and she ignored me.  She has since blocked me from all comunication on her Facebook and IG accounts and so has Taiwan.

I will file a formal complaint with the Alabama State Attornies office.
