I’m sharing this as a sincere warning to anyone who may be considering working with Kelly Hyman.
Earlier this year, Kelly agreed to a PR service that included a feature in Harper’s Bazaar Australia. We delivered exactly what was promised—the article went live, and everything was executed professionally and on schedule.
However, after the publication was successfully completed, Kelly refused to pay the agreed-upon amount of $5,500. Instead, she offered to pay a fraction of that—between $100 and $500—which is both disrespectful and offensive given the value of the service.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was a deliberate attempt to avoid payment after receiving the full benefit of the work. What makes this even more shocking is that Kelly is a practicing attorney. Someone in that position should be upholding ethical standards—not taking advantage of businesses that deliver exactly what they promise.
All communication, including the agreement and proof of service, is documented in writing. We’re considering legal action if this is not resolved properly.
If you are a service provider or agency, I strongly advise caution before engaging in any business relationship with Kelly Hyman.

I am writing to clarify and provide context regarding the complaint filed about my work with Kelly Hyman, specifically related to the Harper’s Bazaar project.
First and foremost, I want to confirm that I was paid in full for the Harper’s Bazaar job. The misunderstanding that may have led to the complaint has since been addressed professionally between both parties.
After open communication, Kelly Hyman and I reached a mutual agreement to continue working together under more clearly defined and transparent terms. We both recognize the value in maintaining a professional relationship built on trust and clarity, and we’ve agreed to ensure all future projects are handled with aligned expectations from the outset.
I remain committed to delivering quality work and maintaining the highest standards in all collaborations.
