Kelsey Pollard - Esty Scammer- and LIAR Internet

I was browsing Esty, one of the favortie and easy placing to purchase with, when  I ran accross Kelsey  Pollard's page:  Your Acu Review;  and decided to buy from her.  My decision turned out to be a Big Mistake. 

My purchase was a digital download and was instant once paid.   I provided her  an email as she requested in the purchase information,  I never heard back from her. 

I then get a message from her 24hrs later, stating that she was traveling and was sorry for getting back with me late.  I was then sent a link that had nothing attached to it . 

I reached back out and this woman began disrespecting me.  Her attitude as way out of line.  The items were not attached to anything she sent.  She then stated that I was the rude one, and told to go get a refund that she never tried to give or set up.  

I placed my review, and this meanspirited lady, lied on the review response by passing the blame on me as the customer. 

She further stated that there is usually a delay, which was a lie.  This woman was traveling and paid no attention to a customer purchasing from her sight.  I was Scammed and then ridiculed. 

What I found alarming is that during her bad behavior, she was not only displayed  bad energy, she further went to call me "Melissa" and stated she knew who I was and where I worked and I should be careful with such unprofessional conduct.  Wow, my name is not "Melissa" and what in the world are you talking about and threating someone over ??? 

After doing research on this woman,  I was able to locate her and her information.

She is an alleged  acupuncturist at Seven Directions.  I found it strange that TCM is the most peaceful medicine to practice.  How in the world are you disrepecting people, scamming people and lying on people practicing this art of healing?  

I got scammed on Esty, with no remorse or any such apology whatsoever.  I am alarmed that this woman is even allowed to do this to others.
