Keltic Kross Construction Paul Gavigan, Carl Felix, Patrick Felix Did Everything Incomplete, Delayed For Over a Year, Demanded More Money To Finish Brooklyn, New York

This contractor was recommended to me by my cooperative building's management company. 

This contractor took a year to get their licenses and paperwork, permits and permissions together. After that, they did almost everything incompetently and slowly, including taking 10 months to install plumbing roughing incorrectly, installing protruding tiles, installing mural tiles in the bathroom upside down, installing floors in the bathroom that were not level, and installing floors and subfloors in the bedrooms that were not level, were crookedly installed, had huge gaps between wood planks, and had to be torn out and re-installed because one side of the room was almost 2 inches higher than the other. After I informed them of all of this, they demanded more money before it was due under our contract to finish the work, and vanished when I didn't pay it. 

I later learned that the person who was representing them used a fake name. He called himself "Carl." The actual owner of the company, who signed the contract with me, is a man named Paul Gavigan, who never returns calls.

STAY AWAY. IN MY EXPERIENCE, THIS ORGANIZATION IS RUN BY UNETHICAL AND INCOMPETENT INDIVIDUALS!!!
