I ordered a pair of Fear of God Triple Black Nike Shoes Size 10, from the website https://keneki.la/, I placed the order on May 22. When I made the purchase there shipping policy was "Normal order processing can take between 1-7 business days (Mon -Fri)" and "Shipping Delivery" for "Standard Ground (4-6 business days)". it had been 7 days and I still did not receive an email notifying me that the order has been completed and in the process of being shipped.

I contact them via text and they said due to the COVID-19 their shipping policy was updated to processing will be 1-9 business days. Now their shipping policy is insane there "Normal order processing can take between 1-22 business days (Monday – Friday)." and "The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 14 business days) Expedited (3- 11 business days)".  So after asking them why my order has not been processed they blame it on Covid-19 and I then ask if they can "tell me how long it will take to get my order processed?"

they say "It usually takes 1-2 days, there are delays currently. We can't ship until we receiver your payment, which is still in transit.".  I message them Jun 4th questioning the whereabouts of my order and they don't respond still afternoon Jun 5th stating that "We have had issues receiving your payment, we've talked to the banks and they are working to resolve it.". So at this point, it has been past there policy of 1-7 business days processing, so I ask to get a refund (Jun 5) I message them that day  jun5th and then Jun 7th and Jun 9th, they don't respond only to later that day (Jun 9th) to tell me that the shoes have shipped.

Finally jun 14th I get an email saying that the shoes are at the postal office pre-shipped a few days pass by then a week and now its Jun 23 and they have just been sitting at the Postal Office in Oregon, they haven't moved an inch.  I emailed them on Jun 9th and I still have not received a response regarding the refund. I messaged them today Jun 23 via Instagram because they stopped relaying to my messages via text on Jun 22. I asked them  why it has taken 31 days and I still haven't received my shoes and all they said was "Your shoes will be shipped ASAP!"

I say why has it taken so long and ask again when will they be shipped they said "As soon as possible!" as if I don't get what asap means. I am willing to take legal action, solely because my friend also bought shoes from them at the same time I did he bought 10 pairs of different shoes, so he's really in the hole.
