Brian L. came to my property to wash windows and skylights. He is the tall blonde, second person from the left in their team picture on the website: kennedy-bros.com. He damaged all of my clear skylights that were less than four years old. (Thousands of dollars of damage). The owners tried to claim the scrapes were present before the cleaning. THEY WERE NOT. After Paul reported this to Brian L., Brian L. immediately texted a hostile message to me. Paul and Stephen, the owners, refused to take responsibility for the damage and refused to apologize for Brian L.'s behavior. When the owners repeatedly refused to give his last name, I felt unsafe in my own home.

The owners also refused to offer the insurance company they advertise as "insured". They cashed my check immediately. They did not offer a resolution to fix the damage. (Scraped plastic can not be repaired, it must be replaced.) The owners responded to the police officer involved, that I need to "take them to court." I installed a security system and alerted our neighborhood watch.
