Ex oweners of club Lux and now Bar smith are in another Fraud and Scam. In the past These guys have been on the news for letting women get drugged and almost rapped in the old club lux. The owners would take women down while they were married and would get young women drunk and drugged up.

Now these guys were arrested in december 2021 for PPP And EIDL Fraud. Theses guys reportedly applied for over 1 million dollars under false names and businesses. These guys purchased Club monarch with the funds. While being arrested they hired an attorney but the attoney soon quit becasuse these guys wanted to lie and act like victims.

These guys "coopperated" with the govmerment but made false claims saying they were victims. They were able to keep their money. These guys have scammed people all over Phoenix numerous times for business fraud, they have people come service the clubs and their businesses and never pay. I worked with the men before.

They are willing to screw anyone they can. They are very friendly but in the end weather its business, services, drug dealing, drugging women these guys always find a way to finess themselfs out. These guys need to be brought to justice. These guys have trended on the interent so many of times. These guys are dirty rats, theifs and will cheat anyone they can.

Be aware and do not step foot in their establishments. these guys were kicked out of their last place 'the Monroe" for dirty practices that ended up in a shooting. These guys are on the news but will pay for it to be removed. These guys need to be brought to justics and the Community of Phoenix needs to be aware and more importany no woman should go alone to thier club.
